British Royals and Circumcision

Circumcision was taken up by the wealthier in British Society from Victorian times until after WW2. Now, since the NHS did not recognise it as a routine procedure in 1947 when the NHS was formed, MGM is only done by the NHS for real medical necessity. But it is becoming more prevalent again because of religious rites for most Muslims, Jews, and African ethnic groups.
